I hate blocking in shadows.

Just blocking out shadows right now.
I know this is hard to see, but it’s the sketch of a Sun Bear on 22” x 30” watercolour paper.
Debating about wether or not to do the bear in watercolour with same for for vomit or do the bear in pen and just the vomit in watercolour. O, decisions.
I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures.
Finally sprayed my bear with fixative… Just about had a panic attack too. Fixative, if too concentrated, can literally eat your media.
Didn’t have that problem luckily.
Anyways. The fixative made the surface pretty shiny even after drying completely.
These three pictures are all with different lighting.
Next steps:
Go in and fix some colour in certain areas
Add the fur details
Spray again
Fix/add back in luminosity.
All of this by next Monday, 5/2?
Fuck yeah.
I was hoping to avoid this, but I really need a name for this piece by Friday, 29/4.
(As you can see I also still have some more work to do as well).
I’ve never really named a piece though and any input would be greatly appreciated!
Yeah, camera also really fucked up the colours. It isn’t that bright at all. :\
